Q. Why do you offer 3 different systems?

A. PerfectView has an infinite amount of applications. For personal or small meetings held in smaller offices or spaces, the PerfectView Executive system with a 32” or 37" LCD Monitor is perfect. For slightly larger gatherings and larger rooms the taller PerfectView Conference system with a 37" or 42” provides an ideal screen size.  For overall flexibility the PerfectView Premier system is height adjustable allowing the user to easily raise and lower even the heaviest 42" monitors.  Any system you choose, you will have a well balanced, sturdy and easily maneuverable mobile media system, equipped with the quality, integrity and dependable performance of award winning national brand components.

Q. Why can't I just buy any LCD or Plasma?

A. We’ve selected certain models based on quality, value and configurability. We only offer recent models from top manufacturers. This ensures that you get the best and latest technology. And, we’ve partnered with some of the largest and best distribution groups in the industry, allowing us to offer you the best components at a great price.  More importantly we've designed a simple lockable monitor mounting bracket that we pre-install onto the monitor before shipping to you.  This guarantees that the cart is properly balanced to eliminate an chance of tipping over during movement.  It also makes the monitor impossible to steal from the cart.

Q. Why laptops?

A.  Laptops have their own batteries allowing movement of the PerfectView system from room to room with logging out.  Simply, shutdown the monitor and unplug the system, move it to a new location, plug it in, turn on the monitor, and your up and running.  No time lost waiting for the laptop to shutdown and reboot.  Almost all laptops offer imbedded wireless and Bluetooth software as standard features, which make them a perfect fit for your PerfectView.

Q. Why the wireless keyboard?

A. Based on the latest Bluetooth standard, the wireless keyboard and mouse allow for wireless use up to 30 feet from PerfectView. This will allow you to place your PerfectView in the best position for your meeting, and if needed just pass the keyboard and mouse around to any participant to contribute without having to stand up and move over to the computer, as would be necessary in a Projector / PC set up. This saves time and encourages more interaction.

Will it work without a wireless network?

A. Yes. You can simply use a standard Ethernet cable from the PC to the wall. There is no proprietary software or hardware to worry about. By the way, the wireless keyboard and mouse will still work wirelessly in this and any application. So, you’ll still have all the interactive benefits described above.

Q. Why can't I just buy the Stand?

A. JACO provides system solutions for our customers. Not all large screen monitors and PCs work well together. PerfectView is a true “Plug and Play” system. Because we research and select monitors and PCs based on a highly refined set of criteria: Wireless Performance; Picture Quality; Speed; Power Consumption; Weight and Interface Compatibility. We then untangle the I/O mysteries and cable management issues to provide a completely effective, neat and clean finished assembly. We also add video and wireless cards. Finally, we power up the system and run it through a final verification process. All this means that your new PerfectView will be totally hassle free.

Q. Why can't I use my own PC?

A. You can. There are minimum system requirements, I/O connection considerations and size limitations however. If you want to use your own PC, just give us a call to discuss your desired configuration. Our Technical Staff has over 15 years of integration experience with every imaginable computer system out there..

Q. What do you mean by "pre-wired"

A. JACO adds all necessary cables, cords, and power supplies into the post assembly to the proper lengths. So all you have to do is plug in the PC and monitor.

Q. How long will it take to set up when I receive it?

A. About 5 minutes per PerfectView. We provide complete, simple instructions. PerfectView system cart comes completely assembled and pre-wired exactly for your specific Monitor / PC configuration. We’ve even labeled the I/O connectors for you to make the final connection hassle free. Simply attach the supplied monitor with pre-attached mounting bracket to the cart.  Plug into the wall and log on. You’re ready to meet.
